Well, what a week! Isn't it always the way, you wait and wait for a new student and then all of a sudden 3 come along at once! After saying goodbye to so many children this year it was lovely to welcome Jimin, Nicole and Iiris into Room 11.
It has been a busy week. We started gymnastics. Take a look at some of our pictures and see how awesome we are on the springboard and the vault. Next week Stuart says we will be using a balance beam too!
In maths, we are learning about division. It turns out that it's not as scary as we first thought!
We have all enjoyed reading about the legend of Icarus and how he flew too close to the sun. We have now finished making our own Icaruses (Icari?) and you can see them hanging around in the classroom!

We save every picture that shows our grandson Fabian, but the last ones (the gym-pictures) are only 14KB, and too small to use in our collection.
Please, can you go back to the format you used before July-holidays?

Thanks for your message, I read it after I created the most recent post so the pictures I have used are low res also. I will make sure to use hi-res from now on!
